We have been fans of true since the beginning of their Madison West location. (Before the move to monona) We now use the online APP to preorder and pickup; however out of 8 orders they have messed up 6 of them!Today we had ordered an iced latte (a majority of the mistakes are made from hot to iced orders). It was WRONG again, went back in they dumped a few iced cubes in, now watered down milk. Went back in and they made a new one. İts Whole milk Coffe Lattee ! İts so amazing . - Has very good expresoooo taste ! - İts always very hot and I loved it . - İts not super sweet . Just perfect . They been doing great job ! Corona pandemic times ! Always took care of us !
