Bob did a thorough job on some older carpets- they look much better now and feel great! Bob was professional, prompt, and communicated every step clearly. The price was fair as well. I was happy to have found such a reputable person so close by!!
Bob cleaned our carpets Feb 18th and did a fabulous job. Very knowledgeable fellow, did an accurate estimate of cost and the carpets came out beautifully clean and smelling great. Arrived on time and completed the work ahead of schedule. Carpets dried very quickly and although damp were usable within a few hours. We will definitely use True Clean again.FYI, all the equipment is in the van so only hoses come in the house.
Bob is really friendly and does great work! My employer hired him to clean the carpets in a large room that gets a lot of use and foot traffic. We thought the carpets were a lost cause and past cleaning jobs didn't offer much improvement. When our staff arrived after the cleaning job we were all blown away. The carpets look brand new, and all of the existing stains are gone. There was also no wet dog smell leftover like we had experienced before.
