Never can properly coordinate care and leave families without care or heads-up of no care even with planned vacations. Ridiculous and very unprofessional and unethical operation going on. Everyone just blames the other person for not getting care. I work with two family members that receive care in two different areas of Westchester opposite ends amanita the same. Terrible service my mom waited for 2 days and No one still came she is paralyzed they keep sending her to voice mail
