I went there a couple days ago and got a girl name CoCo. All she did was talk about the tip and kept asking me. How much are you going to tip me. I think this is inappropriate during the massage and can’t imagine that the business owner would appreciate, this type of interaction It seems some of the other comments say the same thing and there are many other places at Novato so I would suggest checking them out before going to this place.
Pretty awkward interaction. I went in for a 2 hour massage ($110) and as I was writing a 20% tip, the lady at the counter who gave me the massage states, “you are only giving a 20% tip?”
I got 30 min body massage. Massage was just ok. There was no music in the room so relaxing ambiance was missing. My therapist didn’t speak any English so it was hard to communicate anything. I wanted focus on neck and shoulder but I don’t think she understood. The worst part was she took a call on her headphones while she was working on me 🤯 She also laughed at my tip which I didn’t want to give at all after the unprofessionalism.
Used to visit this place most frequently, always enjoyed. Its difficult to get service when we can't effectively communicate in English.
