I don’t leave negative reviews lightly, but after our experience I feel obligated to warn other pet parents to avoid TrueCare for Pets and Dr. Maya Lottati. We brought our dog to TrueCare for serious GI symptoms and ultimately spent over $10,000 on what was presented as high-level, urgent care. What we experienced instead was delayed communication, poor judgment, and a complete lack of professionalism when things became critical. Quick delivery service for meds needed! Great communication and service!
Always goes beyond what they need to do so I can have all my medications ready for me. Staff treats you like family and when you go in to pick up your prescriptions they know you by your first name. So if you are looking to change pharmacy you must go there. Five stars for sure.
