Our furnace died on us last week, so I called Chuck! What a great guy! He did everything he could to try to fix our 19 year old furnace but in the end we had to get a new one. He did a great job educating us through the best furnace for us and helped get the best deal with rebates. This was a very complicated install and he spent so much time making sure everything was perfect! I definitely recommend contacting him!
The hottest week of the summer so far and my AC quit working. Charlie was able to come out within a couple hours of calling, he fixed the problem in 30mins and it’s now working great! Thanks!!
Chuck is very hard working and detailed. He spent two full days at my home investigating numerous issues with my Furnace during the holidays at that! He made every attempt he could to make sure my furnace fulfilled its lifespan plus some (27 year old furnace) and was still running strong and properly once he left my home. I would highly recommend Chuck over any heating and cooling company in the area, he will tell you the truth and do everything he can to help, not just suggest a new furnace like most companies!
Chuck did a great job with our AC. We’ve been without it for days, then called him, and he came right out. He figured out the problem and fixed it within an hour. Couldn’t ask for a more trustworthy company!
