Richard was phenomenenally helpful at explaining everything to me at the initial inspection. The crew that did the insulation work did a good job and didn't get our house too messy. True Building Performance just finished insulating our attic, basement and a crawlspace. The experience has been positive throughout, starting with Richard Rodriguez conducting an energy audit, the one day work blitz with the crew and ending with Richard's re-visiting to inspect the job and check in with us.
