Jessica is the absolute best. I was so nervous but she is so professional and fun, she makes every appointment so relaxing. The studio is always spotless and she really cares that everything is done the right way. My results have honestly been so much better than I ever expected!! I cannot rave enough about how incredible it feels to not even think twice before leaving my house! Lumen and Jessica are 1000000000% worth the money and you will see results in what feels like no time.
Jessica is the best I 100% recommend her, she's always making sure you're as comfortable as possible to make the experience every bit less painful. I only had one appointment with Emily the other electrolysist but she was very kind and very skilled too.

Jessica is just incredible. She sanitizes everything to the max (seriously… the MAX) so that’s really comforting. She’s also just a great person to be around so that really minimizes any feelings of anxiety. She has always prioritized my comfort which I couldn’t be more thankful for.
