George and his team are so thorough and detail focused that it makes the experience amazing. Most people cringe at the thought of doing title work but this was not the case with True Blue Title. They made it easy and dare I say fun? Highly recommend.
My wife and I had a wonderful experience with True Blue on our recent closing. Amanda was proactive and communicated with us every step of the way. Amanda and Harold also went out of their way to fit us in their busy schedule at the end of the month so we could meet our construction deadlines. Great people and great customer service. The office dog Bentley was an added bonus!

I've been a realtor in Pinellas for 30+ years and was disappointed in the lack of respect I received from True Blue Title. 1. I tried to set a closing time for my buyer and it took 5 days for the title agent to respond. 2. The seller had not emptied the house of all belongings, so when the buyer was signing the title agent agreed to not release funds until we confirmed all was out.
