I had an elusive electrical problem with my older Bigfoot RV. It was one of those problems that would randomly show up, then vanish. Rolando jumped on the problem and had it fixed within two hours. As a bonus, he also found an electrical issue with my jacks that he fixed at the same time. Talk about great service and most of all, great value. Thank you Rolando!!!
Stagecoach 2024. True blue RV repair saved us from the heat. One of our AC units was not cooling. You can only imagine how hot it can get. Placed a service call late in the evening and bright an early they made it to our RV spot. They started diagnosing the problem righg away and found the issue. A quick professional fix. Our AC was ice cold after the repair, great service and very informative when explaining what was wrong. Saved our weekend. My wife and I were on our way to Del Mar when I realized we were dragging our 30 amp plug for the shore/generator power and it was shredded. We looked up RV repair and True Blue was nearby. Rolando was so helpful. Without an appointment or notice he took the time to repair our 30 amp Plug and sent us on our way in less than an hour. He was Kind and Professional. If you need any of their services I highly recommend.
I was in the Automotive Service Business for 35 years so I recognize good service when I experience it. From entering this place you can tell just by the cleanliness of the waiting room they care. Look into the shop and you will see the same thing, I was in town purchasing a new/used RV and I had to have the batteries replaced before my trip back to Chicago. They were very responsive to my scheduling needs and finished two repairs while I waited. One of the repairs was a customized approach to a leaking gray water drain valve.
