Mike was great! I had a issue with my Maytronics cleaner. I stopped in the store, and then minutes later he told me what was wrong. Also tested my water and advised me on products that would help me get my pool back on track. He was very knowledgeable.
Caution when using this company. We decided to have them close our inground vinyl pool, vacuum seal lines and put safety cover on. Took cover off in spring & found pool drained too low during closing. The hydro pressure caused the floor to wrinkle. A inground vinyl pool should only be lowered to a few inches below skimmer, to keep equal pressure on pool liner. This prevents wrinkles. A pool company should know this. They should make this right. Pool has yet to leak this this year. Security video shows them draining too low.
