I have been using True Blue Pools for several years now. I have friends that constantly complain about their water not being clear. I take a sample to the store and they test it free of charge for me and I've never once had the pool turn cloudy on me. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly on every visit. Keep up the excellent service!
This company is the worst! If I had a day I would explain. Trust me on this one. Just bad!

They came to replace liner for me. I have to give one star since there are more and more issues. 1. They cut the light cable for easy work and claimed the light was bad anyway, need to be replaced. It actually worked just before they came. I have to buy a new one. They broke light niche too. 2. They try to seal the niche, but the pool is still leaking, water level 2" down every day. 3. We purchased a pool 3 years ago & the salt cell has already quit working, the pump has quit working & the heater has quit working! Every time we call we get a thousand reasons why they are not covered by warranty......they will be replacing the heater but not the pump or salt cell 😡.
