Had a great experience with True Blue Plumbing. Our water heater sprung a leak over night and caused a lot of damage. I called obnoxious early in the morning and someone picked up! They immediately responded, were transparent about pricing, and everything was repaired and improved by the end of the day. Sam and Omar were curious and kind. They did a great job!
I requested a new water line for my refrigerator. The company called me back on a Sunday and scheduled an Appointment for Monday. James provided excellent customer service. He inspected my house and then provided three different options for rectifying the issue. I scheduled service for the next day which was completed in a timely manner.
The team at True Blue Plumbing is very knowledgeable and professional. They went above and beyond to solve my complex plumbing issue with my Kitchen Faucet at a reasonable cost. I will definitely recommend True Blue Plumbing to everyone for all their plumbing needs, big or small.

True blue was recommended to me by my in-laws. We had a water leak in our garage. I received a text during appointment window with a picture and quick bio of my technician (which was nice so I know who to expect showing up ay my house). It also had a link to track how far away he was from my home which allowed me to be prepared for them showing up.
