Not sure if the owner changed or something. We used them years ago they seemed reasonably priced & we recommended them to others. Today they were late for a prescheduled kitchen faucet replacement. They wanted to charge $489 for labor only. That feels excessive. I understand paying for skilled labor but almost $500 for 30-60 minutes of work just didn’t feel right. They did offer $50 off. Not very friendly
The owner and his protégé were phenomenal. On Sunday, we had a major plumbing problem. We scheduled an appointment and the staff (Robert), professionally resolved our plumbing leak.True Blue, THANK YOU!!!
Tried for 8 months to get $250 refund which was promised each time I called about the outrageous fee I gave 5 stars for service 1 star for being honest.. to be clear. I waited 8 months before I gave this updated result
I used True Blue in June of 2024 and was quite pleased with the plumber's quality service and speed on a Saturday morning. However, when I called them in early February 2025 for a simple outside water spigot fix or replace, a different plumber (Devin) came and gave just two commercial (not residential) spigot options as replacements. The total cost was $492 for parts & labor. I needed functional, not fancy, so I overpaid for the fix.
