True Blue Plumbing came and installed my hot water heater back in 2022 and did an amazing job. A few weeks ago I had some leakage from the area and thought it might be an issue. However I think it was so blockage with my furnace. Devin came out and cleaned it for me so far I’ve not had any issues. Fingers crossed it stays that way.
Feels like I got ripped off by professionals. Estimate was $2500. In the end I was charged $4000. This review is based exclusively on that. Either blatantly bait and switch pricing, or just that bad at estimating. Either way, it was 60% higher than the estimate. They called to check in$500 at a time, 3 times, so it crept up. I wanted to fire them over cost increase, but I had sunk $3000 into it before the second increase. Hire someone else.
I have had Devin come out a couple times for service on our house. He has been fantastic both times. Very helpful in answering my questions, providing advice without the salesy approach many other companies seem to have made standard. I trust his guidance and he has done great work that holds up.
Devin had the expertise to find the most efficient and cost effective solution for our sink issue, and after a competitor quoted us at over 3x the price! Glad we gave these folks a call, and we’ll know who to call the next time we need a plumber!
Stay away from this company they are horrible!!! This company WAS great a few years back but they must of changed ownership because they are horrible now!!! Would NOT RECOMMEND NOW!!!!
