Not recommended. Incompetent. I had my water heater replaced by True Blue and immediately after the install my pipe was rattling and shaking. True Blue blamed on a plumbing issue and wanted to charge me additional for coming out to repair. Fortunately I had a friend walk me through the process of clearing the air from the pipe, which True Blue did not provide. Very disappointed.
ON A SNOWY NIGHT TECH VT CAME OUT TO FIX MY FURNACE. AT FIRST EXCL CAME TO SEE IF WE HAD GAS. CHECKING. HE NOTICED OUR GAS ***** WAS NOT WORKING. WE CALLED AROUND FOR A ***** TRUE BLUE HEATING CHECKED OUR FURNACE. SURE ENOUGH HE TOLD ME I NEEDED A NEW GAS ****** I TOLD MY DAUGHTER WE WERE AT THE MERSEY OF THE ***** HE WAS WILLING TO FIX OUR PROBLEM. ** TOLD US FOR A THOUSAND DOLLARS HE WOULD REPLACE THE ****** AFTER THE ***** WAS REPLACED THE FURNACE WORKED FINE. nicest customer service and best service delivery. I got an A/C installed by them and I've never had a better one. Horrible reviews were before new guys came in to business - highly recommened
Horrible business, dont show for appointments, Stay Away or you will be screwed!
Horrible company. They installed a new furnace and humidifier 6 months ago. Humidifier was installed incorrectly and flooded my basement. They refuse to come and fix it. They will not return phone calls and will not except mine when I call the office. They will not honor their warranty. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.
Been waiting for a week in a freezing house for them to come fix boiler. They don't communicate well and don't show up when they say they will. Very disappointed in the service. Will definitely not be referring or using them ever again..
