Brought my mirror in 3 weeks ago for replacement, they stated turn around time of 7-10 days (by 2 staff). Days later I called and requested follow up in which stated will return my call, they called back with quote and I confirmed it to start the job. Following week called them back to which they had to get back to me, never did.
