I have been a client for 3 years or so. Their service is fine. Everything great until they started sending me emails about ‘overdue’ invoices’ 10 days from a statement being sent - for monthly rental in ADVANCE ! So my rent would become overdue at the end of this month and I’m getting overdue notices on the 10th of the month! Keep in mind I have NO arrears and excellent payment history.
