Had dealings with Brett a number of times in the past which have been positive. Most recently though he doesn’t appear interested in selling anything or providing a high quality of service to his return customer base, which I would have thought is how his business earns revenue. Brett was awesome. Helped me out over the phone. Car was stuck with broken remote and I had a new one remote that wasn’t programmed to the alarm. Brett explained to me over the phone and got me going again. Highly recommend Brett.
