by far the best customer experience I've ever had at any business ever, not just any hair salon, any business I have ever step foot in. I'm usually not a tipper, but I made sure to tip 20% when I was leaving because that is how insanely impressed I was with the customer service. On top of this the actual service was absolutely amazing, all the products they use on my hair were very good and smelled nice. I'm just back from True Beauty Salon. Read my review here. I have been to many salons during my lifetime. However, True Beauty Salon is the most professionally operated salon in the Baton Rouge area. I love the location, and the warm reception I received from Orlandria when I first visited. I also received a pleasant welcome from Trinity, who scheduled my consult visit.
