I’ve been to this shop twice, and unfortunately both visits were disappointing for the same reasons. Each time I booked a haircut and facial for $40, and each time I was charged the full price—even though I only ever received a haircut. On my first visit, I arrived on time (a little early, actually). Instead of taking me at my scheduled time, the barber who was supposed to cut my hair sat down and got his own haircut from another barber, which pushed my appointment back about 20 minutes. went to the Reseda location and Johnathan really hooked up my hair I will be coming back again with my boys definitely.
Visited first time and got haircut from Jennifer . Did amazing haircut. Will always come here .
