Bought a 2011 Ford Taurus from them , service engine light was on he came out out a meter on it told me what it was and said he would order the part which he didn't have to it was a gas cap ,quick in and out would definitely buy another car from them even worked with me on price ,very satisfied with experience
Bought a car recently that they “had good recent service records for.” Test drove it, knew it needed a wheel barring, everything else felt solid. Took it to a mechanic for an oil change and winter safety check. They told me they had detailed maintenance service records, it also said that on website post and fb marketplace ad. Very unprofessional, I have done business with this company and have gotten the run around for the pass month. I paid my vehicle off August 29th 2025 and was told that my Title for my vehicle was mailed when I live within the area, I could have come to get it. When I bring up the fact my plates are expired because I can’t get metal plates without the title. He suggests that I lost the original title and that he sent over a Lien Discharge Statement to release the vehicle and they have not as I reached out to the Title Bureau ... read more
Terrible customer service from a ma named Greg. My title was lost in the mail apparently but it was still a lien on the car even though I paid in full. Completely yelled at my elderly mother when asked about what happened. Called the license bureau to find out the status and they told me they never received the lien. I went up to talk to the dealer and I received a memorandum title and was told not to show the license bureau the signed lien statement just so I could get plates faster.
