They are unprofessional I can't believe I waited an hour and a 1/2 after finally contacting someone that they were gonna send somebody out this is ridiculous. What a waste of time.

They have the best atmosphere and ambiance for a spa in Richmond. Been here twice with Groupon and left satisfied both times. It is pricey but totally worth it. Will be back again soon to try their great massage and other services.
