My husband left another review, so I'll only touch on the parts that hurt me the most, but I will say that I absolutely cannot recommend Jess in good faith to any future bride. (EDIT: she’s attempting to take down any negative review we share, and I can confirm at least one positive review is from her direct family - incredibly sketchy and dishonest business practice) We signed a contract with Jess that stated she would take care of vendor communication. Jess is a super nice person and it really hurts to say this but in good faith I cannot recommend her as a wedding planner to other couples. From the beginning it was super unclear what responsibilities she would take. There were many things listed on the contract but the majority of the responsibilities were taken care of by my wife and I. Despite being told she would be in contact with our caterer, that never happened.
