Jess is such a sweet and kind hearted person but I would never recommend her as a wedding planner. From the start there were problems of contracts being set up at the wrong service level - we wanted the highest tier for both our caterer’s buffet service and our cotton candy vendor, they both were set up as a mid level tier, so I then contacted the vendors to change that myself. Going forward my mom or I tried to deal with all the contacts. I was feeling disappointed in the wedding planning but hoped that day of would be bett... read more
