I highly recommend Dr. J Deming! As an avid runner I was not able to rid myself of the pain in my IT band, shoulders and glutes. Dr. Deming wasted no time in teaching me proper stretches and strengthening exercises to address my issues. I now have a written plan that I can reference as needed and I've learned so much from his high level of expertise!

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Jon D! Back in October 2023, I dropped a piece of wood on my foot and spent the whole winter wondering if it was broken. Dr. Deming helped my high school age son heal his plantar fasciitis in record time (during cross country season). He helped my younger son quickly heal a soccer groin injury and train to avoid further injuries. Both kids are faster now (and in a lot less pain) than when they first saw Dr. Deming. Grateful mom here!
My daughter, age 7, participated in Summer RPM camp with True 2 Form. Each day she was excited to attend and was smiling when I picked her up!! I appreciated she was coached by a subject matter expert, so she learned appropriate techniques and wasn't pushed too much or too little, especially given the camp was during a 90+ degree and humid week.
