Dr. Jon Deming was a magic piece to my foot pain puzzle. He supported all the modalities I was already using to alleviate my chronic foot pain, listened with true compassion and empathy, and treated me with sincere respect. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Jon D! Back in October 2023, I dropped a piece of wood on my foot and spent the whole winter wondering if it was broken. Dr. Deming helped my high school age son heal his plantar fasciitis in record time (during cross country season). He helped my younger son quickly heal a soccer groin injury and train to avoid further injuries. Both kids are faster now (and in a lot less pain) than when they first saw Dr. Deming. Grateful mom here!
My daughter, age 7, participated in Summer RPM camp with True 2 Form. Each day she was excited to attend and was smiling when I picked her up!! I appreciated she was coached by a subject matter expert, so she learned appropriate techniques and wasn't pushed too much or too little, especially given the camp was during a 90+ degree and humid week.
My 12M and 16F went to the run camp and loved it! They came home excited about how good of a workout they got each day. We are excited to do another camp sometime!
