Made reservations, not knowing they were remodeling. sat outside on the patio to eat(was HOT, nor did they say thats where we'd sit until they sat us at the table).. flies were everywhere once they found i had food. maybe the chef/cooks were off that day. one of our rolls were frozen.. I really really like that place but super disappointed by this visit. Hope they get back to normal, so i would call and ask before making reservations and driving from Chattanooga to eat. We were sat in a side room, that felt more like a hotel conference room, because there were renovations happening. Service was nice, but our server wasn’t sure about how some of the dishes were prepared and there was a lot of back and forth. Food was fine. I thought the market salad was way too tart and it didn’t have any thing other than kale - not really what the description was. The salmon dish, despite its simplicity, was the highlight. Food is incredible. But as far as service it’s awful I got not one drink refill the whole time I was eating my dinner the waiter not once checked on us.
