They went above & beyond to take care of my Jeep. Highly recommend!
They do not fix the problem that you bring the vehicle in for and lie saying that it’s either fixed or they couldn’t recreate the event so it must be good to go. When they do “fix” a problem, They actually mean they stuck a Band-Aid over it and are waiting for you to have to come back in so they can charge you again to repair something they should’ve fixed the first time. If you are someone who expects the money you pay towards a repair to actually solve the issue, I would not use this auto shop.
Victor was very nice, upfront with all work done even when I added a job. Work was done very quickly and they have a tow service on retainer for a nice fee. Truck is back up and running and purring like an angel.
My truck has been into his shop twice and neither time did he fix the issue but charged me and lied saying he fixed the issues, then within 24-48 hours the problem returns he tells me to bring it back in and he wouldnt charge me to run a diagnostic on it a third time and calls me back the next day with an $180 bill for the diagnostic and $1000+ to fix the issue after charginge $400+ not even 2 days prior when he "fixed" the same issues it's having currently
