HUGE thanks to Trudie for her outstanding efforts! My shoulder length hair had matted into one solid dreadlock on the back of my head during a lengthy hospital stay. Several people had attempted to sort it but no one had been able to budge it, even slightly. Trudie managed to remove the knot & save much of my hair. She's an absolute LEGEND!!!
