Absolutely unacceptable experience. I called with clear UTI symptoms and asked if an antibiotic could be called in. Instead of helping, I was told I’d need to schedule an appointment. Then I was transferred, and no one picked up. No callback, no follow-up, nothing. Just left hanging while in pain. Basic patient care means having a working system to handle common, time-sensitive issues like this. If your policy is that patients need to be seen, fine but then there should be an immediate telehealth option or someone available ... read more
Worst experience ever. Gave me PTSD. She said she hurt me because something was crooked. In over 50 years I've never had that kind of experience. I literally bled for 3 days after the exam. Finally went to a new GYN and had a 100% better experience. Nothing crooked and no bleeding afterwards. She is a horrible person and Dr.
