About a year ago, they switched the gearing in my truck. Was told a day or two turned out to be almost two weeks. They used half a tank of gas, the bugs on the front of my truck looked like they brought it up north, and my sunglasses were also taken out/stolen. There was a hum to the gears which still exists. Just wondering if trudell is still was there doors open, I have been trying to get in touch with them for months months about my paycheck from last October 2019 when I work for Jeff, Every time I call number It says this line is currently busy please call again later... does anyone how I can get ahold of them????
Very poor customer service. Originally tried to contact them via email for work on my pickup. Would not respond. Then tried calling them, phone rang probably 30 times, no one picked up, and this was on a Monday morning during business hours. Called again, after a few rings, went to voicemail. Left a message, but no one returned my call. Took my business elsewhere.
