Terrible people work here! They do not care about their patients. It's just a job to them. They don't answer questions with any clear answers. My husband was recently diagnosed with Diabetes, and they basically said " your diabetic have a nice day". No information was given to him on what to do from there. I mean none! He called the next day to ask questions, and they acted put out and inconvenienced that he was even asking. They are incredibly rude and literally just don't care. Mark is a good doctor when he is in his office but most of the time the passive aggressive receptionist and the adequate PA are not doing a very good job!
Do not waste anytime with this person.
Long waits in reception and exam rooms. Staff interrupted Dr when in exam room with me for non emergency questions. Lack of professionalism
Today when I visited I felt that every employee was friendly and caring. From the receptionist, to the nurse, Jackie(physician assistant), and the one who finalized my paperwork - everyone listened and responded with such professionalism, encouragement, and kindness. Every time I come to this office I feel great about having my health treated here. Thank you.
