I have noticed (here) and heard particular negative feedback concerning this recycler (mostly concerning complications with returns/exchanges). Despite my neutral experience, I will leave a five-star review because it appears they may have addressed issues with their return policy. Although I had heard of a return fee, they promptly waived it without hesitation. I acknowledge that my review might have been different otherwise.
