We brought our truck to this shop on October 17. They started working on it the next day, the 18th. First, they said they needed to clean the DPF before running diagnostics. After cleaning the DPF, they said there was an issue with the fuel lines, so they cleaned those and ran another test. Next, they told us the injector seals were bad and had to be replaced — but the warranty wouldn’t cover the seals, so we agreed to pay out of pocket. Get better trained people for your parts department. The guy couldn’t tell me the specifics of the battery they have. I asked if they have 190 dual purpose battery he didn’t understand that.
