Bad communication. Walked up to turn in my truck and the ladie gave me a look that screamed ugg, wide eyes slack jaw and all. Waited there while she and another ladie finished a conversation. Update: they have finished my truck and yes they did the right thing. While I was frustrated they made it right. While the details of how they made it right are not important it is important to know they were very apologetic and completely owned responsibility. They suggested a repair and honestly I will give them another chance. It isn’t what happens but how you will make sure it doesn’t happen again and I have their word, that works. Top Notch service, we never know when our truck will break down. I’m absolutely glad it was close by this outstanding place. They went above and beyond for our company. Shuttled driver to airport, and finished the repair fast. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing repairs or service, I suggest you drop by and experience how service should be done. Halle has a pleasant personality and makes you feel like your problem is important. 5 stars all the way around.
I was very impressed with the level of attention i received as soon as i pulled up...with this trucking business time is precious to us and no time was wasted getting me in and diagnosing my problem (check engine light) Ms Halley was truly helpful and kept me informed every step of the way... My truck was fixed less than 1 hour... no need to second guess coming here! I Will definitely return for future needs!
