Absolutely great people here got me in and out on a Saturday for a very reasonable price extremely professional and hard working dealership if I could I would come to this dealer with my truck for everything on my rig I highly recommend them
No one ever likes to break down, timing is always wrong. I cannot say enough about the staff here. Halley, whom runs the shop and Dante who was my tech, far surpass the norm found on the road. I arrived at lunch with a potential fan clutch issue. My tech, once he returned, stayed on my truck until completion. Of course I cannot forget Drew the GM. We brought the truck here to be fixed not returned with the check engine light on.. I received diagnosis and waited to be fixed. Was told I need new belts. Was told be ready at 12. 1230 came and truck was not ready now I'm told its missing an a/c belt And the check engine light still on and they're not sure why. But he will delete it with his hand held reader. Make it make sense?? And to diagnose the truck and not see the a/c belt missing is either insane. The ac worked great before it was brought in. Bad communication. Walked up to turn in my truck and the ladie gave me a look that screamed ugg, wide eyes slack jaw and all. Waited there while she and another ladie finished a conversation. Pulled out my phone to give them a minute. Perspective, im outside in a 106f warehouse, there in an air conditioned cube.
