From my experience with this guy Mike i’d say he’s negligent and unprofessional Long story short I needed a pre-sale inspection called him he said he charges $450 firm which seemed a bit overpriced for an inspection but still i trusted his word and we’ve confirmed a timeframe around morning of the next day, He then sends all documents to sign and authorize and then said he won’t tell me which time until morning Me and the seller waited the whole morning didn’t wanted to bother and kept waiting until around late noon I sent a... read more
