Ms. GWEN WAS GREAT. Customer service was on point. Very polite. Professional and friendly.
I have no understanding of what the problem was today, but I had a scheduled appointment for noon and when I arrived EARLY the technician was not available. I was told she would be coming "back" and ended up waiting 30 minutes. First of all, if this is a walk in location then just let it be a walk in location. To have someone schedule an appointment is obnoxious and misleading. If you are going to handle "appointments" in such a lackadaisical manner then better to leave it as open.
