Simon not a good salesman. Doesn't get back to you in a professional timely manner.. Truck we bought was below par. Description was inaccurate. BUYERS BEWARE. There is a reason they have plenty of 1 star reviews. I will be sure to let as many people know NOT to bother with this company. Misrepresentation. Truck I purchased didnt even pass the rego check. Spare parts service is great help good prices for parts and mechanical
Took my Hino in on Tuesday afternoon for the exact NVIS defect noted on the inspection report: “Axle 3 - Left side - Torque rod excessive movement front bush area.” I also mentioned an intermittent ABS dash light. They promised to get onto it straight away. The next day they called wanting to replace the entire torque rod assembly for around $3000, plus another $3500 for the front axle (which the inspector never even mentioned).
