We needed to get a gooseneck hitch installed in the back of our pickup and were referred to Trucks Unique where we made an appointment. Our appt was for 10'00 AM which we showed up for on time. "Chris" was at the counter and told us it would be 2 hrs, maybe 2 ½. We returned at 12:15 and a young lady without a mask came out and told us it would be at least 2:00 pm.
