I purchased a truck for my son. My son found the truck online and my main concern the truck was out of state. I spoke with Joe on the phone, he sent me multiple pictures and videos, and he also worked with my bank. Joe made the process very smooth, the shipping took a little longer but he explained to me that the truck had bigger wheels and sometimes it is a little harder to ship. The truck looked better than the pics. I could not be happier with the entire process.

I traded in my vehicle, and they sold it with my plates on it, I then proceed to get a bill in the mail from the tollway authorities about a truck I no longer own still in my name, and then ontop of it the management is not accepting responsibility, and the way they speak to you about the issue is disgusting. Picture included for how the salesman Jason Childers will speak to you.
