Trucks and auto from the helpful staff to their cars has been an awesome experience. I have bought 7 cars and one jet ski there. All the cars and jet ski have been beyond good. Purchased a car from here, exactly a month ago, and still haven’t received my title. I called today and they explained to me that they haven’t even sent it to the DMV yet. Pretty irritating! Please get it together!
Was sold a vehicle with undisclosed transmission slipping. Lesson learned: Do not buy an as-is vehicle without a testdrive, and don't buy from these guys. No response from them after the initial response below. They claim to test drive and disclose engine or drivetrain issues, don't believe them. After letting them know about the issue I got an email that they would see what they could do and never got another response to multiple emails. I bought a 119,000 mile vehicle on 9/26/24 based on their test drive not noting any major mechanical flaws and good online reviews of Trucks & Auto Actions, so I trusted that they would have identified and disclosed any major mechanical issues.
