The worse Auction I buy 4 cars from them two off them war post with engine problems but not just the engine the transmission as well on both Never complain about it But if anyone for some reason even if something tragic happens an don’t show up to pay you get banned from the website so conclusion they are the ones right an don’t care about there Customers
Response to auction response: I live in utah that’s why it got 432 miles put on it. I couldn’t call over the weekend obviously so I called as soon as I could. The response just proves everything I said about you guys not taking ownership of lying about the status of the vehicle. There is no way your mechanic didn’t notice something wrong as soon as it was started. No ownership as you brushed me aside and cost me $3k in repairs. We have purchased 3 automobiles from this organization. The first was super smooth and a slam dunk. The second time we purchased a truck that after pickup we realized that the toolboxes shown in the photos while bidding on said item was removed from the truck prior to delivery. We contacted the company and they rectified the situation instantly. A lot of places have good service before and during the sale, but Trucks & Auto in Nampa is excellent after the sale as well. I'd like to especially highlight the FANTASTIC experience I had dealing with Brooke. She is THE BEST! I can't say enough about her hard work, integrity and positive attitude - keep it up Brooke and Trucks & Auto!
Car has possible major engine issues. Listing didn’t state any engine issues. Started rough from time I first picked it up. May need engine rebuild. Took awhile to get title to me. Not very honest auction to deal with. As a previous review stated nothing was disclosed. Their reply to him was if you let us know in the beginning we could’ve helped.
