This company's Pasco, WA location threw our drive lines away without contacting us. We live a long distance out of town and they are never open on weekends so it was difficult to coordinate when they were open for both dropoff and pickup. We had called and assured them that we would be in to pick them up ASAP, but because we declined their bid to modify them they threw them away in retribution.
