Stay far away from the shop side of this place. True definition of "parts changer". Doug likes to throw 40 grand worth of parts and labor at trucks without fixing the issue. $4000 brake jobs. You'll get your truck back with the same issues 9 out of 10 times. Doug also thinks he knows what trucks are deleted correct or incorrectly. He likes to make home made egr block off plates and put them in trucks thinking that is "deleting it correctly". All this place does is cause more issues. Very professional and knowledgeable
I’ll give five stars because Ray went above and beyond to get me the turbo I needed to get back on the road. Ray made it happen, no questions asked. Thanks Ray. You saved the day. I give one star because the turbo was faulty but not a Truck Pro issue. The issue is that Truck Pro should’ve refunded my money or replaced the turbo, no questions asked. Instead, I have to wait until Borg says that the turbo is faulty. We already know the turbo is faulty. Got a new turbo custom built and has been working great ever since. Two 1/2 ... read more
