I have always shopped at TruckPro for parts and have generally been happy with that side of their business. However, my first experience using their service department was extremely disappointing. I feel like they found every possible way to overcharge me. They billed me for 13 hours of labor to replace the king pins on my steer axle, which seems excessive. I was disappointed in the handling of my vehicle. The lady at the front desk asked me the consumer "how were we supposed to know that your truck had this problem". 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Nevermind the fact that their tech personally told me that he was nerd when it came to front-ends. The man adjusted the bolt. He even told me that he had to in order to get the steering wheel adjusted.
