Worst service ever. I am extremely frustrated with my experience at U-Haul. I made a reservation online, checked in, and followed all the necessary steps. However, when I arrived to pick up my truck, nobody was there to assist me. I tried calling the number provided multiple times over the course of 30 minutes, but no one answered. First time using this business. The shopping experience was fast but they use purolator. Purolator is one of the worse delivery companies out there. My package was suppose to come today but it says undeliverable. I did sent an email to truck point regarding the business address/name it’s shipping to after buying, I guess they just don’t read their emails….
VERY BAD EXPERIENCE, WE MADE DEALS ON MULTIPLE UNITS, AND THEY TOOK FOR EVER ON THERE PART, AFTER 3-4 WEEKS PASSED BY THEY SAID THE VALUE OF THE TRUCKS DROPED WE NEED TO CHANGE OUR OFFERS, I WAS NICE ENOUGH AND SAID OK NOT A PROBLEM AFTER DOING THAT THEY DID THE SAME THING TOOK THERE SWEET TIME AND OFFERED ME EVEN LESS, AFTER THEY FINALLY DECIDED THEY WANT TO MAKE THE MOVE I SOLD ONE OF THE TRUCKS THAT THEY WANTED, SHE WAS YELLING AT MY BIUSNESS PARTNER SAYING IT WAS HER TRUCK, ANYWAYS I HAVE SO MUCH MORE TO SAY BUT IT IS NO... read more
Hitch I ordered was supposed to be on backorder. I was contacted to see if the wait time was manageable and I said yes. One week after I had my hitch. Fantastic service every step of the way. Great job!!! Will definitely recommend.
