I have been using Truckmount for years and have always been very, very happy with there service. I will continue to use them in the future. I have never been dissatisfied!! I have two small pets who occasionally will pee on carpet. The technician is always clear to explain fees involving pet cleaning. Thank you!!
Avoid this company at all costs! They gave my wife a quote and when they arrived at the house they recommended a bunch of extras that nearly tripled the price and then said if we didn't do what they asked they wouldn't guarantee the service with our property management company. I understand that an estimate can change after you arrive on site, but to try and bully someone into paying for things that are recommended and not required by saying they will be in breach of the lease if they don't oblige is outrageous. Our property management company has been using Truckmount Steam Clean exclusively for the past three years. Their response time is great and their service is even better. They can get an old carpet looking new. Not to mention that they are very honest. They will tell you if the carpet cannot be cleaned and it should be replaced without wasting time or money.
