Service is great! While we need not purchase the actual accessories from Truckin Thunder, we did use their service dept to install a light kit for our truck. The service was professional, extremely prompt, and very fairly priced. We waited in the showroom, and were greeted by some very friendly staff, and noticed how CLEAN the entire facility was. I would definitely recommend them or use them again!

Spent the morning with the Truckin Thunder group. Great folks that work there. Our boat axel fell apart, and these folks spent the morning trying to rebuild it to get us on our way. Your work, and generosity are amazing. Thank You!!

Bought a kayak roof rack at the fishing expo in Richmond and they installed on our roof rack for us! Excellent customer service! Will definitely be back for other accessories! If you need items for your vehicle check out this place!
Worst customer service ever. Called on 7/19/17 about repairs for my enclosed trailer. Was told to bring it up there and let someone look at it. Took it there, they told me some things that needed to be fixed, I told them okay let's do it, order the parts and when they come in and you can work on it I'll bring it back. I run a landscaping company and use the trailer everyday and cannot afford for it to sit in their lot for three weeks waiting on parts and my turn. He said okay. The folks at this place are professional and experts on truck accessories. Also their pricing is extremely reasonable. Ive had them do work on my truck twice and have been extremely pleased with the work and cost.
