I joined this program hoping it would help with my weight loss journey. However, at $150 per month, the heavy focus on barbell exercises was not what I expected, especially since that wasn’t made clear on the website. If barbell exercises are the main focus, it should be clearly stated upfront so people know what they’re signing up for. Fun workout!
TruckFit is the best workout in Georgia - coaches are knowledgeable and classes are tough! You’ll build strength and endurance; I’ve tried 5+ group fitness gyms over the years and nothing beats this gym!
The coaches are great and will push you and give you modifications if you need them. My gym friends and coaches kept me motivated throughout my pregnancy and postpartum recovery... and I see more progress/results each month. tRUCKFIT Kids is also great for my 6 and 8 year olds... it's "tough" but they love going! 10/10 Highly recommend tRUCKFIT!
