Why would a trucking company need an NDA??? In this case, it's to shut you up for a year before you're allowed to warn others of your experience. The deduction charge "maintenance and recovery" ($200 per week, along with others) is not determined by a percentage of your work. It's flat. And if you need a repair, it comes out of your settlement. (Then what's the point of the $200 per week for maintenance???) Worst of the worst! I wouldn't touch this company with a fork !!! They will lie and do anything not to pay you , place the fork in your eye and you are better off . They even come up with fantasy fees just to get your money and once you beside to leave the company say goodbye to your last paycheck.
