My dog enjoyed his stay! The staff was friendly, communicative, and welcomed my dog with warm pets. I would recommend using the pet lodge and look forward to having my dog stay here again.
We were in Truckee from out of town and had to travel without our elderly dog. TTPL was wonderful to work with from initial contact via email. Quick response back confirming reservation and answered all my questions. At drop off, they were so gently with our old Copper. He walked away with the staff member and was perfectly content. Highly recommend the friendly staff and wonderful facility including the outdoor play area. Would definitely use again if needed.
I did have a 5 star review, now I’m changing this to 1 star. My senior (16 y/o) husky Nieve comes here when my partner and I go skiing. We have doggy daycare in a few places in Tahoe for winter/summer doggy care. I changed my review mainly for how hard it is to book a reservation. I paid $700 for a package of 20 doggy daycare, but multiple times haven’t been able to get a reservation for my dog. I’m stuck with 12 more days and regret buying a package.
