Val, along w/ his team, was a great resource and guide. I was a first time buyer, and was surprised by some of the work needing to be done on the new place. Val guided me through the process, lined up quality inspection and contractor professionals and I ultimately got a significant credit to cover the needed repairs, and after closing the contractor he recommended jumped on the job and knocked it out. Highly recommend.
