Did repairs w out authorization/signed worked order! I diagnosed this issue w google. It was pretty strait forward. It was a problem w the transfer case. When we took it in, they couldn’t recreate the issue somehow. $180 to diagnose and replace transfer case fluid, did not solve the issue.. a loud clunking, often, when in 4w. Pretty hard to miss. I took it back, showed them the sound, two weeks later they finally call back saying they’d replaced drive shaft and its still not fixed but it’ll be $600 in repairs that solved not... read more
